At Zen Blend, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policies below:

Returns

Non-Returnable Items: All beverage products (coffee, tea, pods, or packets) are not eligible for return or exchange. Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Eligible Returns: If you need to return, refund, or replace a product, you must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package.

Wrong Product Received: If you received the wrong product, we’ll send the correct item along with a return label. Simply place the incorrect items in the box, seal it, attach the return label, and drop the package off at your nearest post office.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). Refund amounts will be determined based on the issue discussed. Refunds can only be issued to the same card used for the original transaction and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

Product Shortage or Discontinuation:

• For product shortages, we will provide an estimated shipping timeline for the unavailable item.

• If a product has been discontinued, we’ll recommend a replacement. If you choose not to accept a replacement, you may request a full refund or a partial refund for the unavailable item while the rest of the order ships.
